A powerhouse when it comes to motivation, Trainer Tracy is the muscle behind the precise programming of: HIIT Cardio & strength, RIGFIT, BIGRIG, X-FIT. Trainer Tracy is always looking to ramp up classes to be the best possible. As a devoted trainer with over 20 years’ experience in body composition, functional training and Les Mills’ instructing, Tracy’s love of her work shows in all she does for her clients.

elle

 Pumpin Iron Gym Owner. Elle is totally passionate about fitness, nutrition, and seeing people’s lives change because of it. You will find Elle in all areas of the Gym!

Simone

Simone is highly motivating and knowledgeable in her craft. She is educated in health and fitness. You will find Simone leading the way in Cycle, Barre and bringing true balance and harmony in Body Balance. Simone also teaches a Balanced Rider program for horse riders.

tracy

.Tracy is one of our group fitness instructors and personal trainer. You will see Tracy teaching Body Attack as well as programming and floor coaching HiitFit, Rigfit,  Big Rig, X-fit, and Rigfit Kids. Tracy also does PT under the banner Trained By Tracy Online Coaching.

Functional Fitness Training

Build strength and conditioning with our variety of equipment to get the most out of your exercise and workout routine.

Child Minding Room

Use our FREE supervised morning creche 9:30am-10:30am Monday to Friday in our lovely childcare room. We take pride in caring for your children.

Weight training

Our weights room is downstairs as will be growing into a larger space and more equipment by the new year. You will find all the equipment your need for great resistance training. 

Group fitness classes

Up to 30 classes each week with plenty of choice at peak hours (before or after work) plus variety
