BUILD Class

Our BUILD class is designed to strengthen your posterior chain and core through a mix of functional exercise and resistance training, enhancing overall stability and power. Perfect for boosting athletic performance and achieving a balanced, strong physique.

HUFF Class

Our HUFF Class is a 30-minute express session designed to leave you breathless (in the best way). Using light weights, bodyweight movements, and high-speed reps, this class is all about fast fitness and maximum calorie burn. It’s the perfect mix of sweat, endurance, and feel-good vibes.

IRON Class

Our IRON class utilises the weights room equipment, that targets all major muscle groups with high-volume, moderate-weight exercises to boost strength. Maximise your muscle growth by building knowledge of the weights room equipment.

PUMP Class

Our PUMP class engages multiple muscle groups with an emphasis on compound lifts, maximising strength, progressions and muscle growth. Develop power and muscular endurance through your whole body.

X-FIT Class

Our X-FIT class is strength and performance-focused combining Olympic lifting and gymnastics movements. Each session is built around progressive overload to improve your strength, efficiency, and movement quality. We also weave in mobility work, skill drills, endurance, agility, balance, and power training to level up your overall fitness.
